The first month of 2014 is now out of the way. The long slog of February begins. I don't know why but I find it the most depressing month of all.
Been busy over the last few weeks, mainly with attending ZombieXperience events. Which meant that most of my Saturday evenings were spent covered head to foot in mud and half frozen.
Sorted that out by wearing gloves and ski trousers. Lots of lovely insulation when having to lie on the frosty ground.
The best evening of all was held on a moonlit night. Together with the frost and ice the whole 'Zombie Slaying' site was so bright that it didn't take long to get our night vision.
The Zombies won that night. Bwa, ha,ha!
And the last two Saturdays I've been attending a First Aid course which is to do with my job as it's compulsory. But I reckon it will come in useful in everyday life and possibly for re-attaching limbs that fall off the Zombies
They showed us how those 'Automatic Defribilators' work. They tell you what to do step by step and you have no chance of ever shocking someone by mistake. In the UK they can be found in most public areas, I would hope they are available all round the world as well.
Very clever piece of kit. Don't be afraid to use it!
And yes, I will try and continue with my stories. I get distracted all the time and before I know it another week has gone by and I've not done half the things I should.
Hope February goes by quickly, then it will finally be SPRING!
