Description
Don't be alarmed...It's not a real brain, but it would be perfectly edible if you were that way inclined 
To make:
Take a whole cauliflower, remove all leaves.
Boil 5 inches of water (big saucepan) in which 12 drops of red food colouring have been added.
Place the cauliflower in the water (careful) and boil each side for 5 mins until the colour is taken up.
Then remove from water and let cool.
Stick a scary looking knife into the 'brain'
Add dark red jam (blackcurrant or similar)
Enjoy...Mwa,ha,ha,ha!
